With eight TeraStacks onboard, each containing 125 Blu-ray discs which ensures high-availability Data Storage.  

The TeraStack Solution streamlines integration of large amounts of data generated by industry leading commercial applications, such as critical data backup, saving and accessing CAT scans and MRIs, managing large amounts of hard copy document scans, and storage and playback of surveillance footage. The TeraStack Solution operates under most commercial applications to provide a scalable & reliable storage backbone utilizing cataloged TeraStacks. The unique Java middleware manages the Active Archive and catalogs information to allow easy and efficient access to all types of data during normal use, nearline retrieval, or disaster recovery.

Basic Business Hours Hardware Maintenance

The one-year basic package comes free with all Hie Electronics products at the time of purchase. This package includes replacement of hardware components and 8am-5pm telephone support. This does not include software support nor does it include the cost of having a certified technician install replacements for damaged hardware.

Premium 24/7 Onsite Hardware and Software Maintenance

The one-year premium package includes all services, from replacement of damaged hardware to software support and updates, all on a 24 hours a day 7 days a week schedule. On-site technician service is also included.
